How we Work

In the program, we interlink learning concrete methods, internal attitudes, and theoretical models. A high proportion of practical work ensures that you start to coach from the first module and learn from your experiences.
Theoretical inputs are applied to practice. Small learning groups accompany the work on internal attitudes throughout the course.
Learning from Experiences

Between the modules, you will gather live experience through practice coaching sessions and use your learning group for reflection and feedback, which we deepen together during supervision days.
You will learn to coach not only in face-to-face settings but also in virtual environments.

Target Group and Participation Requirements
We intentionally compose the group of participants. Therefore, we conduct a preliminary interview with interested individuals to ensure a diverse learning system that starts the course with similar prerequisites.
The basic requirements for participation are experience in agile enterprises (e.g., scrum masters, management, consulting, expert roles) and openness to self-reflection and the systemic approach.
